No. We adapt to the needs of each client.
Is there a deposit?
Is there a minimum duration in the contractYes. In general, unless it is a very short rental period, the deposit is two monthly payments. Deposits never include VAT and are intended to cover the cost of any damage that may have been caused to the office?
Does the invoice include rental withholding?
No. The contract signed with the business center is a service contract, not a rental contract, so it does not include withholding.
Can I hold meetings in my office?
Yes. That is one of the advantages of business centers; if you need to change offices because the number of employees has increased or decreased, you have the option to switch to another office that suits your current needs, whether it is a larger or smaller office.

Yes. The business center offers clients various meeting rooms equipped with everything necessary to make your meetings as productive as possible. However, if a client prefers to receive visitors in their office, they can do so without any problem.
Are offices locked?
Yes, each client has a key to his office, which can be taken or left in the business center and asked to the receptionist when he is going to use it.
The client will be provided with the same number of keys as the number of seats to be occupied in the office. Only the client and the cleaning service will have access to the office.

What are the business center’s opening hours?
The monthly rent for offices includes the following services:
- Cleaning, maintenance, electricity, and heating/air conditioning.
- Furnished office.
- Fiber optic internet connection.
- Access to common areas, reception, waiting room, café service with vending machines, and daily press in common areas.
- 24-hour security by means of an alarm centre.
- Commercial and social domiciliation at our address.
- Personalized attention to your visitors.
- Reception and management of correspondence and packages.
- Use of our address, phone number, and fax number on your stationery and advertising materials.
- Inclusion in the Ayanet CN business directory and database.
- Easy parking.
- Possibility of changing the office as the company needs it (enlargement or reduction of space).
What are the business center’s opening hours?
The business center is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. However, we have some offices with independent and 24-hour access.
